Description
The Miami Dolphins have made roster moves, signing linebacker Jackson Woodard from Houstons practice squad and adding Andre Carter the Second to their practice squad. To make room, they waived veteran linebacker Matthew Judon and released tight end Tanner Conner from the practice squad. Woodard, an undrafted free agent, had a strong college career at UNLV, while Carter the Second, also an undrafted free agent, played in fifteen games with Minnesota and Las Vegas.
