In this episode, KJ and I take it all the way back to middle school—the chaos, the awkwardness, and the lessons that came out of it. We’re sharing our own stories from those years, the struggles we faced, and the things we wish we had known back then.
We talk about finding the right friends, why self-care and hygiene matter more than you think, and how confidence can completely change your middle school experience. We also touch on popularity (and why it’s not worth chasing), navigating those confusing first relationships, and dealing with body image issues that so many of us go through at that age.
This episode is honest, a little embarrassing, and hopefully encouraging if you’re in the middle of it right now—or just looking back with us. Middle school isn’t forever, and life gets so much better.
