The Escape bar in Stratford was the first place where I hosted my art classes with Makings and Musings and talking to Mike about how it all started was a lot of fun! Starting a bar is a dream for many of us and Mike has been able to make this a reality. Mike gives us some rare insights into the work behind the scenes of running a bar.
