Maxime, or ‘Mime’ as he goes by, began his art journey in Paris. He has evolved into a self-taught collage and “paper performance” artist who taps into the power of blending luxury and minimalism. His signature cobalt blue infuses emotion and movement into his work, weaving a visual narrative that seamlessly intertwines historical elegance with contemporary innovation. His source material is typically the ripped-out pages of vintage books he finds in used bookstores. Several of his motion pieces are currently available to collect on SuperRare through Montage.
