 Snacking is an essential part of our everyday life!  Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not so good.  With so many people working from home and kids at home with online school, 'snack attacks' and 'snaccidents' are something we may also experience on a regular basis.  Listen in as Chef Megan and Donna share their easy snacking ideas along with their quick-witted humor as they highlight the importance of mindful snacking; being aware of what we choose, why we choose it, and how it makes us feel.
