Doom scrolling leading to high screen time? I've been there. Today, I'm talking about how I've started being more intentional with my time on social media.

Being someone who grew up during the inception of social media (hello fellow gen-zers), it's become crucial for me to mute, unfollow, and hit "not interested" on content that keeps me stuck in negative or emotional thought loops.

I'll go into my experience as someone exploring self expression through content creation, giving the creator vs consumer perspective,  describing the difference between a content creator and an influencer, and giving tips to have a better time on social media.
