What exactly is contentment? In simple words, contentment is the state of being happy or satisfied.


Here are a few attributes to obtain contentment.


1. Detach- from people, money, and possessions


2. Stop comparing yourself to others.


3. Choose your friends and partners wisely.


4. Practice gratitude every day.


5. Maintain a spiritual relationship with the Most- High.


Contentment does not mean that you have to stay stagnate and not grow. It simply means at the current time you are content.
