The website is RIK.live and I want to tell you a secret that you might find useful if you’re an entrepreneur, if you want to level up to the next right level in your life then this is something you might want to pay close attention to and maybe take some notes. Leave out any distractions and listen to what I’ve got to tell you. One of the things that took me almost 20 years to optimize and I am still… This is an ongoing process but I am on the level right now where I can really truthfully and honestly tell that I am much better than most of the people so… As I am 2% of the people who do the same discipline on that level, is we maximize by minimizing.

What do I mean by that? Maximizing by minimizing or scaling by reducing. Have you ever heard about focus? Have you ever heard about distracting and distractions? If you did, then you almost understand what we are talking about here and you know I am very known for keeping it short and simple which has to do with the same reason why we’re here right now. I want to give you maximum impact, maximum usefulness of what I tell you with minimal time wasting on both ends.

So if you want to achieve something, first of all you have got to know what you want and what you don’t want. And you have got to find out how to do it – make your research, make your learnings. Really, really dig in deep to know what it is that you’re going to dive into. Number 3, find the best and I mean the best talent that you cannot afford to not hire. And what I mean with that is they’re expensive but if you find someone you know they can help you and you cannot afford to not hire them. Number 4, find a system… Create systems.

Once you figured out and fully understand what it is you want and you don’t want, what it is that you want to do and how to do it by doing research. We’re very clear on that. You can go out and find the right people once you have them. Create a system in place, create a process, create workflows that make this thing a routine. That make this new thing a system. Create a system because if you don’t, you will always be involved, you will always have the hassle of being there, controlling things, micro-managing things and this is what you don’t want. This is a time stealer, this is a time vampire and you have all the disadvantages on your side which you don’t want. We want to avoid that, we want to be the winners. We want to create winning systems, employ the best talents, and transfer also the accountabilities because what would it serve you if you have great people and you need to tell them every day what they have to do. Create a system! Create a system in place, you know, you figured it out what you want. You know how it works, and you know how to achieve it. So if you can do it, they can do it.

Create a system. Create standard operating procedures. Systematize it all and then create a workflow and trust those people. Overwhelm your people with your trust, with your forgivingness if they make mistakes because if they don’t create, they don’t make mistakes so you have got to make sure they avoid the mistakes the second time. You optimize your system and that’s how this works. So if you want to maximize, you have got to minimize. Don’t get distracted with too many things, with too many dedications to too many details. Find the right direction, find the right system that works. Transfer to your people and fully trust them and support them in the beginning and then earn the fruits of what you did. And so you can focus on the next thing. But minimize also your focus, minimize your focus on that one thing until it really runs smoothly until that system is in place, until this works perfectly for you. Minimize to maximize so you can grow and everything is great.
