The hardest episode I have recorded and I know this doesn’t magically make things better, but I also know that there is power in recognising you aren’t alone when you hear other’s stories. If you are going through or have been through miscarriage, you aren’t alone. And if you haven’t been, the statistics show that you more than likely have someone close to you who has. If you are struggling there are recourse and organisations out there to help you through this insanely hard time. Time doesn’t change things, but time does bring healing. Sending love to all of you out there that have miscarriage in your story.
