City College Norwich is preparing the next generation of farmers through updated curricula that address both new and traditional practices. They’re building a workforce equipped with skills for digital agriculture, low-input systems, and eco-friendly farming — reinforcing the need for lifelong learning to adapt to the evolving landscape.
