Description

Having become self-accountable prepares the way to accepting that we own the
responsibility – “the ability to respond appropriately” - in our interactions with others in a
judgement-free way. How people respond to us depends on how we communicate. We
improve any communication if we focus on the role we play and this freedom allows us to
improve our relationships and interact more peacefully with anyone.

Goal: You learn how your internal dialogue impacts yourself and others
Epiphany: All reactions are based on how we ourselves communicate.
Affirmation: When I leave no other choice than elegance, it will reign.
