If you treat Sunday MORNING like a Monday, it changes everything!
Step
1- Wake up 1hr earlier (same time as you would on a Monday)
2- Quiet time, workout, make action plan for week. Should take 45min...
3- Prep for tomorrow (lunch, gym bag, clothes out, coffee maker set, etc)
Pro Tip:
Workout needs to be either one focus or HIT. Example: Squat Sunday
Lunch needs to be leftovers. To get this all done in 1 hr you are not meal prepping.
