Description

Monte Church is the Native Ministry Assistant of the NPUC. He grew up on the Menominee reservation in northern Wisconsin. There, Monte saw the tragedies and hardship of life on the reservation, but he also saw the beauty of the culture. In this episode, we discuss how two worlds - Native and Christian - can bring out the best in one another.

About:
Welcome to Filling the Gap. An audio podcast that tells the stories of the gaps we see in the world, within ourselves and inside of our church. Filling the Gap explores the topics and issues we face every day, but don’t always address or talk about. Through the power of storytelling, we hope to fill the gaps in the communities we find ourselves in.
