Description

Bethel University junior Mukushi, and freshman Misgana Mamo, Spencer Vang, and Mild Du share how their language acquisition with English and the language spoken in their homes has been impacted by their identities as first-generation immigrants and as children of immigrants. In this episode, themes of growing up faster as a child of an immigrant, taking on familial responsibilities, and carrying on our pride in our lineage are shared.
