Michelle is a Massage Therapist in Ontario whom we spoke to a couple of years ago when she decided to take her practice off of the table and onto the mat. She was inspired by another therapist we interviewed and she took the leap to get training from him. Fast forward to today and her entire practice is mat based and she’s moving into the world of teaching other therapists how to get out of their box.
