Several mornings now, I have been captivated by the morning sun, which comes up as we’re preparing breakfast and getting ready for our day in the ʞu¡0ɹʞS household. There is something about the light in the morning, both before and after the sun comes up, that sets one’s soul to rights. So this morning we will meditate in the morning sun.
