Some of us are night owls, some morning people, and some of us are early afternooners. Regardless of whichever one of these you are, it's important to establish a reset routine so you can come back to yourself each day. On this episode of Honey Dipped, we each share our reset routines: Cynthia favoring a night-time reset, whereas Renee favors a morning reset.


We weigh the pros and cons between morning and nighttime routines and why we prioritize one over the other.
