@painnonprofit  ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Founder Flindt Andersen and Media Director Jason LaChance revisit their conversations with three extraordinary woman, Eve Goldberg, Paula Young Santos and Susan Bartz Herrick.


After loosing their sons to either addiction or and accidental overdose they found a strength within to have their sons lives bring purpose in helping others. Big Vision NYC founder, Eve Goldberg lost her son, Isaac who died of an accidental drug overdose; motivating her to help save young lives.




Susan Bartz Herrick, MFA, EdD. The writer of the compelling non-fiction memoir, "Slow Dancing with the Devil: A Son’s Substance Use Disorder, A Mother’s Anguish," available from McFarland Books.


Paula Young is the Co-founder and President of Achieve Greatness. Achieve Greatness was founded in memory of her son Andrew, who passed away from fentanyl poisoning in March of 2022.
