Music Reviews Episode 1 - Joro Review by Wizkid
Update: 2019-10-06
Description
Wizkid is one of the artist I love so much for he's talented and knows how to jump on a beat no matter the genre. He is a great lyricist, with good vibes and melody. But recently Ive been disappointed. I've been disappointed in the things he drops. Most of his songs nowadays lacks content sometimes his songs don't correlate with the chorus or title but one thing I noticed is that he tends to back himself up with beats as you know Nigeria has several good producers who are willing to be famous and they produce crazy melodious beat for top artist to jump on. Looking at the song in question "Joro" from the first verse he said I don't wanna loose you now, not ever no time but after that his words are not correlating with each other then coming to the chorus he keep repeating four letter words I mean single four letter words and I began to think is this the Wizkid I know before. The Wizkid i know will always fill his chorus with words and verses with meaningful words and that brings back my memory to Brown Skin Girl by Beyonce and Wizkid which I began to question myself are we sure Wizkid wrote the lyrics he took because if he did he will not dish out nonsense after the even. But since he has laid down his legacy we tends to forget the lyrics and dance to the beat. Thank you. Don't forget to drop your comment and follow our brand. Thank you once again.
