This episode reflects on the experience I had when reading a Children’s book, “The Proudest Blue”, to my children.

It focuses on how we educate and make our children (and primarily our daughters) both aware of and prepared for the challenges and discrimination they face at school; which is their first independent social experience after the home and family accompaniment.

❓How can we best prepare our youth? And ourselves?!

❓How do we fit into a society that is inherently and institutionally racist and discriminatory in so many ways?
