In this episode we speak with My Artsy Coach Margaret Alvarez. Margaret is a working artist from Houston, Texas. She has been teaching art in private schools for the past 15 years. In addition, she started sharing videos and teaching online art journaling workshops in 2019. She founded, My Artsy Coach, helping people combine creativity and mindfulness as an outlet during the pandemic and beyond.
Margaret’s focus now is to develop workshops that teach a variety of art techniques and art journaling prompts that will allow people to channel their emotions into a creative flow. While learning ways to incorporate mindfulness and gratitude into their daily lives.
