Pat has been in the drinks industry in Ireland since the 1970's. We discuss on the episode his previous companies and his path to Boann, very interesting.
Boann Distillery have been innovating and ambitious in the Irish Pot Still whiskey since Pat and co turned a Celtic Tiger era car sales-room into a thriving distillery. It must be the only marble tiled still-room on the island! A real pleasure to visit, I highly recommend.
