One of the things my family loves to do is meet characters.  I have a 5-year-old little girl and she loves to meet characters.  So, my husband and I make this happen for her.  Whether it is meet-and-greets or character dining.  We have been to Walt Disney World 5 times since Emily was born, so I have acquired quite the list of great character interactions.  Here is my list of my top 5 (okay 6) character interactions.
