John McColgan’ s My Tunes podcast Series - Ep 1 John McColgan producer, director and one of the creators of Riverdance recorded a series of podcasts from his home studio in Howth. The result is wonderfully entertaining walks through a selection of the music, stories and memories across John’s life and career. John has been an avid fan of music all his life, Covid lockdowns gave John the chance to research and record this series of podcasts for us. John explains what it is all about, ‘Its song, stories, poetry and memories of parts of my life. My Tunes is a very eccentric and eclectic mix from Elvis to Johnny Cash, Leonard Cohen to Bob Dylan, Seamus Heaney to Seamus O’Rourke, Maureen Potter to Eamon Kelly along with a splattering of country music.
