This is a neighborhood with a medieval origin and that today has become one of the most fashionable areas in Barcelona.

One of the streets leading off the square leads to Calle Montcada.
If we continue straight ahead we reach Calle Barra de Ferro where the European Museum of Modern Art is located.

In Montcada street you will find: Picasso Museum, Mocco Museum, Palau Dalmases where you can enjoy flamenco shows and Xampanyet bar with sparkling white wine.
