In this episode, I share some of the key learnings I had throughout the 1st season of Pyramid to circles, in particular what the term ‘Living Organization’ means for me, as well as the key leadership skills necessary for managers who lead a transformation towards empowerment, including Intelligence of the Self, Emotional Intelligence (a lot in there to say), and Polarities Management.
