There has been some major disagreements with the establishment of state police from some quarters.
The disagreement or fear is that the state police will be used by governors to satisfy their whims and caprices thereby dealing with perceived political enemies.
Should the protection of lives and properties be at the heart of the debate or that the governors will use it to be vindictive?
