Kate Gladstone gained infamy in New York City for being a serial squatter, but was evicted from the apartment she lived in on Thursday. Gladstone,46, has been in the limelight after she moved into Heidi Russell's apartment and refused to pay rent or leave.
Russell's nightmare began in 2019 when Gladstone moved in with her daughter and paid only one month of rent before taking over much of the apartment. Russell claimed that Gladstone would spray her with cleaning chemicals and saturate door handles and doors with the liquid Russell claimed she was enduring financial hardship and thus could not be evicted under pandemic eviction laws.
