NYRB Drama, New Stadium in Charleston, Playoff races + More!
Description
Welcome to another week of soccer and another week of Morning Kickaround with Robert Kerr and Jason Davis.
This week starts with an ugly incident after the Hudson River Derby on Saturday. Raheem Edwards got himself into a shouting match with his own supporters at Red Bull Arena. Not a good look for him. Also, the Louisville City is cruising towards another Players' Shield, but can they turn that into a USL Cup title?
Speaking of the USL, the league is fast approaching the expiration of their first CBA and the players are not happy about the progress of negotiations.
Finally, a group of former NFL players and the CEO of Chick-Fil-A are looking to build a soccer stadium in Charleston, South Carolina.
