The federal government shutdown of SNAP funds put Nashville’s food insecurity crisis in the spotlight, so to celebrate Giving Tuesday this year, host Marie Cecile Anderson is joined by Collen Mayer, chief executive officer of nonprofit grocery The Store, as well as Store super volunteer Jim Moody. They’re discussing The Store’s mission and soon-to-open second location, plus other great local nonprofits worth supporting today!
