Reusser is an innovative digital design and marketing firm in Roanoke, IN. Today it has over 30 employees, a beautiful building, and a dynamic team, but when it started over 20 years ago it was just Nate--and he hadn't even finished high school.

In this interview with Nate Reusser, the President of Reusser, we explore his story, the lessons he's learned along the way, how he's worked to build a strong culture, and some of the innovative practices they've implemented (like a 4-day work week).
