To mark National Apprenticeship Week 2025 we speak to Career Development Manager and to one of our recent apprentice graduates Kerry Baldwin, who was the first to undertake a Trainee Operations Manager role as part of her apprenticeship. We explore the benefits of apprenticeships, not only for the individual but for the NHS as a whole.
