You can adapt to stressful situations and regain your sense of control by changing your expectations and attitude, you can either change the situation or change your reaction. As I progress towards tomorrow, I realized that nothing is important than building our inner architecture of undefeated self. All we need is work towards strengthening and elevating our thought process and releasing our fearful beliefs. I guess the idea, I’m really inviting you to play with over the transformed life is that, our outer world is a beautiful or complex, that we need to decide, as it's the reflection of our inner world that's meant to be calm and balanced.
