In this lesson, we’ll go over

In order to get a negative command, take the positive command and simply put NE – NE becomes N’ before a vowel – before the command verb and add PAS after the command verb, such as in the following examples.



* Regarde la télé.



* Watch TV.





* Ne regarde pas la télé.



* Don’t watch TV.









* Écoute la radio.



* Listen to the radio.





* N’écoute pas la radio.



* Don’t listen to the radio.
