Cynthia Oji, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead in the Trust discusses our staff networks in the Trust. Our mission is to make our workplace as inclusive as possible, as well as being a place where staff can meet like-minded colleagues.
Cynthia explains why we have staff networks, how people can get involved, as well as some leadership roles that we're looking for in the LGBTQ+ Network and the Multicultural Network.
