Libra is an intriguing sign.  It's one of the four cardinal signs, which means it activates movement and action.  It's a masculine, intellectually and mentally oriented air sign, with rulership of Venus that's viewed as a feminine planet.

Libra like all dual signed symbols,  moves back and forth between the two poles of experience. It is symbolized by the "Scale". 

Venus is the planetary key that unlocks the houses where Libra is positioned. The power of love, relationship connections, physical attraction, beauty, harmony, artistic expression, monetary and material resources are keyed through Venus. It's primary association is with the 7th house of personal, collective, social, marital, business and collaborative relationships.

Some Tips for Understanding your Intention During this  New Moon

• What  do you need to value about yourself?
• How are you doing in the areas of being a friend, a lover, a partner, co-worker, or even an “ex”?
• Is there a project or idea that needs immediate attention?
• Libra is the sign of “smoothing” the social paths. Is there an area that needs some Libran harmony and diplomacy?
