In order to comply with a rule that doesn't help me because I don't have a life because I can't get out unless I leave town ! Getting a capture page is the only way to help I'm disabled and can't get around due to the high transportation cost so I can talk to people! So I was able to get a capture page with an responder and can point people to my live good Powerline page . I don't want to lose my business because of rules that can't help me because I can't get out in stuck in my apartment !!! Come on!!
