Michael Carrick marked his two-year anniversary as Middlesbrough boss with a much-needed win over Sheffield United.
But the obvious challenge now for Boro is to build on that and string together a run of consistent positive results.
We reflect on the Blades win and preview the trip to Norwich City this weekend - and discuss what appears to be a new defensive pecking order and what happens next in attack after Emmanuel Latte Lath was dropped but came off the bench to end his wait for a goal.
