@7:25 subsidizing something doesn't make it more affordable! It only changes the distribution of how it is paid for and in the longer term makes it more expensive. In order to reduce expense, points of inefficiency must be reduced, but I suspect that this is a non-starter with the dimocrat insurance lobby.
