On this episode of Reiki Women Snapshots, Nicole Pavlica is interviewed by Carrie Varela. Nicole Pavlica is a VP of Marketing, she teaches at University of Colorado at Boulder and also provides Reiki and other wellness services through her business OmGirl Coaching. Nicole shares with us her story on what drew her to Reiki, how she has used Reiki to help her navigate chronic pain and about being an “overachiever in the trauma department.” She also talks a little bit about the pressures placed upon her in society and the many hats she wears as a woman.
