Since stepping into this role, she has been especially focused on building strong relationships in Missaukee County and supporting innovative programs that connect young people to career opportunities in the region. Niki brings a personal passion for creating spaces where people and businesses can thrive—and believes in the power of local collaboration to spark long-term economic growth. When she's not working on local economic strategy, Niki loves spending time with her family, her 4 dogs, and encouraging others through writing and speaking.
