This week I got to sit down with, not one, but TWO incredible women.  Noelle Codispoti and Sharla Floyd of Verto, LLC join the show and share their experience in the insurance industry and how they are helping this industry make much needed shifts from the ground up.

This conversation covers everything from how the events of 9/11 impacted their careers and brought their worlds together, the very important ingredients that make their business and friendship work, the loyalty issue when it comes to retaining talent across the insurance industry...and how companies can go about solving it.
