Description
New details are emerging about who made the call to send a plane load full of immigrants to El Salvador, in direct conflict of a judge's order. The Justice Department says it was Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem who made the choice not to comply with federal Judge James Boasberg's order to hold the deportation. Judge Boasberg is looking to revive criminal contempt proceedings against Trump administration officials who authorized the deportation flights.
We'll talk about it with political analyst and presidential historian John Rothmann.
