Norma Group's Q3 Results: Mixed Performance Amidst ChallengesNorma Group's third-quarter results fell short of expectations, with sales dropping by 6% and stock prices plummeting by 5.5%. However, the company managed to post an adjusted EBIT of €3.8 million, slightly above break-even.The Industry Applications segment showed growth in the Americas, offsetting slower sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This uptick was primarily due to higher volumes and minor price increases.In contrast, the Mobility and New Energy segment faced a decline in demand, particularly from the automotive industry in the Americas and EMEA regions. Despite these setbacks, Norma remains committed to its 2025 targets, aiming for sales between €810 million and €830 million, excluding its Water Management division. Market watchers predict a gradual improvement in margins over the next few years.
