"North Augusta Moment" Submission Instructions:

1. Like the North Augusta On Top Facebook Page.


2. Using your phone, iPad, or Android device, open your Facebook Messenger app and create a new conversation with North Augusta On Top.


3. Locate the voice message icon, usually next to the text entry box. It looks like a microphone. If you don't see a microphone, open the bracket that gives you additional options (camera, photo, etc.) - you should see the microphone there.


4. Once you're in a quiet place, hold your device's microphone 6-12 inches from your mouth and tap the microphone icon.


5. Begin with, "Hi, my name is _________, and this is my North Augusta Moment."


6. Then tell a story. Take your time. It can be about anything, as long as it took place in North Augusta, South Carolina. Be descriptive. Give us all the details. (For example... Where are you taking us, and at what point in time? What was the weather like? What were you wearing? Describe your surroundings. Who's there? Describe your emotions throughout the story. How did this moment impact your life? Etc.) An ideal submission would be 3-5 minutes long.
