Eric’s life passion of creating documentaries of trauma survivors’ that have lived through mass shootings, terror attacks, combat and sexual assaults. The films follow these survivors as they try to find peace, often challenged by PTSD, physical injury and emotional turmoil.
“Searching for Home: Coming Back from War” has aired more than 2,300 times nationally on PBS. Christiansen has also produced for major networks including Discovery, TLC, PBS, MTV and an IMAX film.
