In this week's episode, we have a candid chat about all the 'What Ifs' surrounding death and grief in relation to trying to conceive, pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. We discuss our experiences with loss of our own parents, our feelings around death anxiety, and the metaphysical. This week's episode is the first in a series of 'what if' scenarios that anxiety has made us think about ~constantly~ (if you have any crazy what if scenarios that your brain has tricked you into stressing about, let us know!! we're all on this brain ride together)
