Yes, a section of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 76) runs directly through Oakmont Country Club, a prestigious golf course in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. The highway bisects the course, with holes 1 and 9-18 on the west side and holes 2-8 on the east side.
