In 2010 when Matt Cohen started Off the Grid there weren't that many events or places for food trucks and small pop-up retaurants to operate, and connect with customers. for the last 10 years Off the Grid has supported and expanded the opportunities for small restauranteurs. In 2017 they started working at disaster relief and have continued that mission with the Covid-19 pandemic. Right now they're preparing for how to gather people together safely starting this spring. Tune in to hear about all of this and learn about Cubert an exciting new modular unit for pop up food vending.
