We meet people in the tiny moments of their very big lives. We have no idea what really is going on. Be careful what you decide about someone from the five seconds you happen to witness.

How would people react to you in your worst moments? The same grace you would want from them in that moment, you should offer others.

We have gotten to the place that no one actually 'sees' each other because we are too rushed. Too quick to judge. Too busy.

What we should be doing is to stop and say, "hey... how's your day going?" or "I like your outfit", or "It will be OK"

These simple gestures could change everything for them.  Feeling seen might change someone's life, at the very least, it will change their day.
